Take your fitness journey to the next level with our Platinum Package. You'll get one-on-one sessions with our experienced personal trainers, three days a week for six weeks. You'll also receive a 60-minute massage to help alleviate any soreness or tension. Our trainers will work with you to develop a personalized exercise plan, ensuring you get the most out of each and every session.

Gold Package

Looking for a comprehensive personal training experience? Look no further than our Gold Package. With one-on-one sessions three days a week for 6 weeks, we’ll help you achieve your fitness goals with personalized attention and expert guidance. Get ready to push past your boundaries and see real results in no time.

Silver Package

Looking for a personalized workout plan that will help you reach your fitness goals? Look no further than our Silver Package. With one-on-one training sessions twice a week for six weeks, our experienced trainers will create a custom workout plan tailored to your needs, all while providing the encouragement and support you need to stay on track.

Certified Exercise Therapy

The types of movements and exercises of Therapeutic Exercises will vary in their purpose based on your goals. For you to obtain the best outcome, it is essential that before we establish an exercise program, you receive a comprehensive assessment. Beggining with a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire or (PAR-Q+)and a physical assessment. An exercise program designed without a competent medical evaluation may be inadequate and detrimental.

After an assessment, the next step is establishing goals and appropriate treatment plans. The treatment plan should be designed based on your goals, and  realistic expectations along with the following:

  •  Functional limitations

  • Prognosis of condition

  • Psychological status

  • Sociaoeconomical support

  • Cultural reactions and expectations

  • The physical and emotional environment

  • Client/employer vocational plans

  • Ethical choices

The role of a therapeutic exercise program should include the prevention of further dysfunction and should thrive to foster improvement, restoration, or even maintenance of: 

  • Muscular strength and endurance

  • Cardiovascular and cardio-respiratory fitness

  • Mobility, flexibility, and range of motion.
